We offer what we believe is the best martial art in the world. Taekwondo is an exciting and powerful martial art known for its dynamic kicking and hand techniques. Although these martial art techniques are centuries old, our programs are always evolving to keep pace with the rapidly changing world.

ATA Tigers
The ATA Tiger Program was developed specifically for younger children ages 4-6. This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline. In addition, the program is designed to improve children’s motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions.
ATA Martial Arts
The foundation of the ATA Martial Arts curriculum is the education and development of life-skills such as positive mental attitude, high goal setting, perseverance, self-control and confidence. The students train with all ages and progress at their own pace.
ATA Legacy
The ATA Legacy Program is designed to take Martial Artists from trainee to trainer. Legacy members receive premier martial arts training, character development, and leadership skills.
